Kyle Wohrle, REALTOR®

Kyle Wohrle is a highly regarded Realtor® within the area and well respected by his clients and colleagues. In 2003, Kyle graduated from Indiana University School of Business with a B.S. degree in Accounting and an A.S. in Business Admin. In 2004 Kyle attended Semonin Real Estate Academy in New Albany Indiana and became a full time Realtor® the same year. His first brokerage was with Re/Max Advantage where he obtained outstanding results and was honored as Rookie of the Year. 

In 2008, Kyle was one of the founding broker/owners of Compass Realtors® and helped grow the business into one of the top 5 market brand holders in Southern Indiana. During his ownership, Compass  opened offices in Jeffersonville Indiana and  Louisville Kentucky and recruited 36 new sales agents. In October 2013, Kyle sold his ownership interest but remains a full time associate broker at Compass. 

Kyle has served as a board member for the Southern Indiana Realtors® Association since 2010 and has served on many Realtor® committees in the region including Grievances, Professional Standards, and MLS. 

In the past, Kyle has been Vice Chair for the Young Professional's Network, Southern Indiana Chapter; Board of Director for the Louisville Youth Group; and member of Pineapple Properties, LLC; a property investment group who revitalized distressed homes within the community.
